本品由菊科植物野菊Chrysanthemum indicum L.的干燥頭狀花序，經水煎提、濃縮、噴霧干燥制成的粉末狀干浸膏。本品為棕褐色粉末，無臭、味苦、氣芳香、易吸潮、溶于水。

貯藏使用：本品引濕性強，須密封干燥保存。拆封后應及時使用，不得在空氣中久置。
